Suzanne Pleshette was an American actress and voice-over artist. In the course of her career that lasted for nearly five decades she had amassed over a hundred credits on her resume. Pleshette is a New York native who began her acting career on stage. She then gradually made her transition to film. Her most notable films include "Rome Adventure," "The Birds', 'Fate the Hunter', 'If it's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium The Birds,' and Support Your Local Gunfighter. In addition, she played various roles on TV shows and television movies. She was nominated 4 time to win Emmy Awards and twice for Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was nominated for Emmy Awards two times. She also was awarded the Laurel Award 1963 for The Birds. Pleshette was killed in 2008, received the honor of a Star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
